SCOPE OF WORK: Restore circa 1860 windows at historic home of U.S. Grant as follows:
1) Remove sash for off site repair and re-painting.
2) Install temporary plexi-glass panels while sash are off site.
3) Scrape all loose paint and glazing from sash and frame.
4) Make necessary wood and epoxy consolidation repairs.
5) Replace broken glass with restoration glass and re-glaze.
6) Paint sash and frames.
7) Reinstall sash and weather-stripping in original frames.
