SCOPE OF WORK: Restore approx. 55 wood and 10 steel 80 year old windows including:
Remove all sash, exterior trim, and interior trim for off site stripping and restoration.
Strip remaining paint from frames on site.
Polish all hardware and reinstall.
Paint sash off site and install sash and trims.
Install sash and weather-stripping to make air and water tight.
Repair sash and trim as needed to make like new finish.
