SCOPE OF WORK: Restore 576 steel double hung windows over 8 floors. This work included:
Paint stripping of interior and exterior of window frames and sash.
Providing and installation of new high solar gain glass and re-glazing.
Making repairs as needed to create a smooth and structurally sound finish. Painting and caulking.
Re-installation of sash, using new weather-stripping.
Polishing and re-installation of original hardware.
