SCOPE OF WORK: Restore 80 sash windows and frames by removing the existing paint, glass and glazing and caulk. Epoxy repair rotted wood and replicate full length pieces of sills, jambs, frames, muttins, and rails to match existing. Replicate 11-13 foot frames and sash for 2nd floor. Re-glaze using 1/8 inch double strength glass, prime and finish coat. Replace parting bead and interior stop to match original and re-install sash. Restore cornice by removing peeling paint (approx. 65%), epoxy repair and replicate if necessary existing wood members. Prime and finish coat entire cornice.
