SCOPE OF WORK: Restore and replicate as needed various interior and exterior wood architectural elements to a circa. 1787 historic structure as follows:
01) Remove all window sash from their openings.
02) Remove all paint, glass, and glazing from sash.
03) Restore and or replicate all window components as necessary to achieve a smooth and consistent surface including windows, doors, transoms, steeple windows, louvers, and other associated wood historic elements.
04) Paint sash off site and install sash and trims.
