SCOPE OF WORK: Historic restoration of 250 windows in four different buildings. Work included stripping all sash, frames, and casings. Removal of existing historic glass and re-glazing in the original location. Windows were about 180 years old and needed extensive dutchman and epoxy repairs. Also included shutter restoration in quarters “A" which consisted of 70 raised panels and 22 louver panels. Work included stripping, black walnut dutchman repair. Replacement louvers, rods, clips and hardware. At completion all windows were weather-stripped, and fully operable.
